Join us for a ZUMBA is a Latin-inspired, dance and fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system! This class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow choreography from around the world that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. All abilities are welcome and no experience is needed. Note on signing up to our sessions
Our free activity sessions are generally bookable via Zoom. Once you have registered by clicking the "Book here" option of the session you wish to attend, you will be sent a confirmation email with a Zoom "join meeting" link. Please note you may not receive your link straight away. If you have registered during the weekend or during out of office hours, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as possible. You will need to register for each session individually.
Session recordings
To help more carers enjoy the benefits of these activity sessions, some will be recorded. Only the facilitator’s section will be publicly shared. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are welcome to turn off your camera/audio during this part of the session.
