As an affiliate member, you’ll be part of a UKwide community working together to ensure unpaid carers receive the recognition and support they need.

If you would like to sign up as an affiliate member, please email [email protected] with the following details:

  • Name
  • Job title
  • Organisation
  • Address
  • Email 

We have different levels of membership for different organisations. These prices are listed below (inc. VAT) at the 2025/26 rate, and are paid as a yearly subscription fee: 

  • Statutory organisations: £200 (inc. VAT)
  • Voluntary organisations (national): £200 (inc. VAT)
  • Voluntary organisations (local): £100 (inc. VAT)
  • Private organisations (only health and care organisations): £250 (inc. VAT)
  • Individuals: £75 (inc. VAT) 

Who can join?

Affiliate membership is open to organisations with an interest in improving the lives of carers. 

  • Carers and disability organisations
    Local carers organisations or services, local disability organisations, national organisations that support carers 
  • Voluntary organisations 
    Local branches of national networks or organisations, such as Age UK, Mencap, Alzheimer’s Society 
  • Local authorities 
    Adult services, disability services, learning disability, mental health and older people’s teams, carers leads, service managers, service managers and commissioners  
  • NHS
    Integrated Care Boards, NHS Trusts, Primary Care Networks, GP surgeries   

  • Care providers
    For profit and not-for-profit care providers, or individuals who work in social care

  • Individuals
    Consultants and freelancers
