It's easy to feel isolated when you're caring. Held on Zoom, our online Care for a Cuppa chats offer a space to meet other carers, share experiences and find mutual support. We hold weekly sessions, mostly on Monday afternoons, and a monthly evening session if you can't attend during the daytime. You can find all our upcoming session dates and times below.
We also run sessions for carers in Northern Ireland and Scotland.

Join us on our last Care for a Cuppa before Christmas, where we'll be joined by the wonderful Jacky Webbe who'll be singing some Motown classics and festive favourites to get us in the celebratory spirit! We'll be holding our usual Care for a Cuppa discussion for the first half of the session, we'll then have a short break before Jacky takes to the virtual stage - dancing and singing along is welcomed!

Are you a former carer? We hear from many people that the end the end of your caring role can be a difficult time and may take some adjusting to. We hope you will be able to join us for a special Care for a Cuppa where you can spend time talking with others who understand the particular challenges you may face when caring comes to an end. How to sign up
If you would like to join, please register by clicking the "Book here" option of the session you wish to attend, and you’ll be sent a confirmation email with details on how to join the chat and a Zoom "join meeting" link. The confirmation email is sent one week prior to each session, and you will also receive an email reminder in the morning of the session. Please also check your spam folder. If you have registered during the weekend or during out of office hours, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as possible. You will need to register for each Care for a Cuppa individually.

Carers UK is delighted to continue its partnership with Regina Blitz from April 2023 – March 2024. The partnership seeks to raise awareness of caring across the UK and to help carers to recognise their caring role. Regina Blitz will continue to support Carers UK Care for a Cuppa sessions and give away a select number of gift bags to carers who register to receive one.
