Reggae-robics is a medium intensity class, in which you’ll move to authentic reggae music from Jamaica with some aerobics steps. In this fun and upbeat session, you will work on your core strength to tone up your entire body, bones and joints and improve stamina. There will also be a chance to relax while moving.
