It's easy to feel isolated when you're caring. Held on Zoom, our online Care for a Cuppa chats offer a space to meet other carers, share experiences and find mutual support. We hold weekly sessions, mostly on Monday afternoons, and a monthly evening session if you can't attend during the daytime. You can find all our upcoming session dates and times below.

November Care for a Cuppa dates

Carers Rights Day Care for a Cuppa – Thursday 20 November, 3-4:30pm

On Carers Rights Day we will be holding a special Care for a Cuppa chat where Melanie Crew (Research and Policy Manager), and Lauren Garbutt-West (Policy and Public Affairs Manager) will be joining to talk through Carers UK’s recent research, policy, and campaigning work. Each year, Carers UK carries out a State of Caring survey and Melanie will be sharing some key findings from the survey. Lauren will be talking through our policy and campaigning work, including our recent events at Party Conferences. We will then welcome carers to share their thoughts and experiences and continue our usual Care for a Cuppa chat. Book here

Norman shares his experience of Care for a Cuppa.

Thank you so much for your support. I just love these sessions. It make me feel part of civilization - otherwise I would be on my own."
