A welcome message from Michael
Thank you for joining Carers UK, and welcome to our supportive community and movement for change. Around 500 carers join Carers UK every month and we’re delighted to have you with us.
As Head of Carer Support, I wanted to let you know about the range of support we can offer you in your caring role:
- Get advice and support on issues related to caring from our dedicated helpline. Email advice@carersuk.org at any time to contact an adviser.
- Our Looking after someone guide offers an overview of practical and financial support for carers in your UK nation.
- Find local support in your area with our online directory.
- Meet other carers for an online chat via Zoom at Care for Cuppa.
- Enjoy fun, relaxing activities that promote your wellbeing with our online Share and Learn sessions.
You’ll receive regular updates about our work and useful information for carers by email. We’ll also send you a digital copy of Caring, our quarterly magazine packed with carers’ stories, news, features and information.
Our new online forum, Carers Connect, is available to Carers UK members. Chat with other carers and share your experiences as part of this supportive online community.
If you want to change the way you hear from Carers UK or unsubscribe from our communications, or if you have any questions about your membership, please email membership@carersuk.org or call us on 020 7378 4997.
