We know caring can be isolating, and opportunities to be active together aren't always accessible. That's why we're proud to offer places in the Superhero Series – an inclusive sporting event where carers, families and the people they care for can take part together.
Powered by Marvel, the Superhero Series is the UK's only mass-participation sports event designed specifically for people with disabilities and long-term conditions. With no cut-off times and plenty of support, everyone can take part their way – solo, as a team, or alongside a trusted Sidekick.
What is the Superhero Tri?
A fully inclusive triathlon featuring swim, cycle and push/run stages, with adapted equipment and teamwork encouraged.
Choose your distance:
- Sprint: 150m swim | 3km bike | 1km push/run
- Half: 400m swim | 10km bike | 2.5km push/run
- Full: 750m swim | 20km bike | 5km push/run
Complete the challenge yourself, as a relay team, or with support from your Sidekicks. Alongside the event, you'll find a vibrant Superhero Village packed with entertainment, activities and celebrations.
Who can take part?
Everyone is welcome. To enter, either a solo participant or at least one team member must identify as having a disability or long-term condition. All participants must register as part of a team.
Fundraising
There's no fundraising requirement, but if you'd like to raise money, we'd be happy to support you.
