Caring for someone with a mental health condition?

This guide explores what it means to support someone with a complex mental health condition.

We have worked closely with the Royal College of Psychiatrists who have published this guide to help you support someone with complex mental health needs as well as look after yourself.

We are also grateful to our Insight Volunteers who shared their valuable feedback on the guide, with special thanks to those who agreed for their words to be included.

Caring for someone with autism?

This session involves a presentation and Q&A, introducing autism and its wide range of characteristics and exploring issues related to caring for someone with autism or having autism yourself. (The information is correct at time of recording. Recorded May 2023.)
