The Great North Run’s 13.1-mile route starts in Newcastle, taking runners past iconic landmarks like the Tyne Bridge and through Gateshead, with vibrant crowds cheering along the way. The race finishes in South Shields, offering stunning coastal views and an unforgettable atmosphere.
