    Carers Week 2020 Research Report

    New figures released for Carers Week (8th – 14th June 2020) show an estimated 4.5 million people in the UK have become unpaid carers as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.     Carers UK has produced a briefing on the Coronavirus Act 2020 and what it means for carers – detailed briefing on the health and care provisions. This briefing sets out the main measures in the Coronavirus Act 2020 that affect carers and Carers UK’s view.
