This is the National Carer Organsiations have responded to the Scottish Government's consultation on a National Care Service.  As individual organisations and as the national carer organisations, we carried out a number of engagement activities during August – October 2021 and heard  from carers across Scotland who told us their views about the proposals for a National Care Service. We have included the views, issues, and concerns that carers raised with us to inform our response to the consultation. 

The National Carer Organisations are Carers Scotland, Coalition of Carers in Scotland, Carers Trust Scotland, MECOPP, Shared Care Scotland and the Scottish Young Carers Services Alliance.
