This is Carers Wales consultation response to the Welsh Government White paper on Rebalancing Care and Support.  The consultation sought comments on the proposals for legislative changes to develop a national framework for commissioning social care to rebalance care and support.  The White paper aims to reduce complexity and ensure that quality is the key determinant of success in the social care market.
