In March 2025, the Government announced its 'Pathways to Work: Reforming Benefits and Support to Get Britain Working' Green Paper, which sets out their plans to reform disability benefits.
Some of these proposals were included in the Universal Credit Bill, which passed in Parliament on 22 July.
