This year our Annual General Meeting will be held Wednesday 22 October from 10:30am-12pm online.

The AGM is where we give an account to our membership of the previous financial year and reflect on our year-end position in the present climate. There will be a Q&A session after the financial presentation with our Chair, Treasurer, CEO and Executive Team members where you can ask questions or comment on what you have heard. This is an opportunity to feed into our governance agenda, and as a carer-led Board it’s important to us that Trustees represent our membership and govern accordingly.

Voting by proxy

As with the last three years of holding our AGM online, we’re asking you again to vote on our key governance issues by proxy; this allows us to count votes ahead of the AGM rather than during the meeting.

Proxy voting will be available from August, and we will let you know once this is live. If you would prefer paper copies of our booking and voting forms please email us at governance@carersuk.org and we’ll post these out to you.

We look forward to welcoming you!
