Cael eich Clywed yw ein canllaw hunaneiriolaeth i ofalwyr

Mae hunan-eiriolaeth yn ymwneud â siarad drosoch eich hun. Mae'n ymwneud â sicrhau bod eich llais yn cael ei glywed a chyfathrebu'ch diddordebau eich hun yn effeithiol. Mae ein canllaw wedi'i gynllunio i'ch helpu i gyfathrebu'ch anghenion gyda gweithwyr proffesiynol, deall eich hawliau a gofalu am eich lles.

Gall gofalu fod yn werth chweil ond hefyd yn ynysig iawn. Efallai na fyddwch yn gwybod pa gymorth i ofyn amdano, sut i ofyn, nac yn wir i bwy i ofyn.

Gall Cael eich Clywed eich helpu i sicrhau bod eich llais yn cael ei glywed pan fyddwch yn gofalu am rywun. Mae hunan eiriolaeth hefyd yn ymwneud â gallu cael rhywun i wrando ar eich anghenion, yn ogystal â siarad ar ran y person rydych chi'n gofalu amdano.

Wedi'u diweddaru ym mis Tachwedd 2022, mae'r canllawiau yn llawn gwybodaeth newydd am hawliau gofalwyr, yn ogystal â sut i godi llais a gofalu am eich lles. Am adnoddau defnyddiol cysylltiedig, fel templed llythyr cwynion, gweler y dolenni isod.
