Role and focus of the APG on Carers

The All Party Group (APG) on Carers brings together MLAs from across political parties to raise awareness of the role of unpaid carers in Northern Ireland and ensure public policy from all Executive Departments positively impacts on their lives. 

The APG was first established in January 2021 and was reconstituted in June 2022 following the Northern Ireland Assembly election.

Future meetings

The next open and in-person meetings of the APG on Carers will take place on 30 April & 25 June at 10am, in Parliament Buildings.
