Care for a Cuppa in Scotland and Northern Ireland
It's easy to feel isolated when you're caring. Held on Zoom, our online Care for a Cuppa chats offer a space to meet other carers, share experiences and find mutual support. We meet every Tuesday morning from 10am to 11am. To book a place please email geraldine.green@carersni.org
We also have Care for a Cuppa sessions open to carers across the UK.
Thank you so much for your support. I just love these sessions. It make me feel part of civilization - otherwise I would be on my own."
