Take on a challenge

Do something you love. Do something you didn’t think you could do. Do something incredible to make life better for carers.

This year, get your friends together and take on a challenge in aid of Carers UK. From 5ks to obstacle courses and marathons we’ll have something for you. Click here to find your challenge or contact us to find out more.

How your fundraising could help

Here are a few examples of how your fundraising in aid of Carers UK could help make life better for carers:

  • £35 could help towards providing tailored information to a carer in desperate need of advice or a listening ear.
  • £50 could provide a Carers UK volunteer with materials to support carers struggling in their community.
  • £100 could provide two Carers UK Helpline workers with essential technical resources, so that when somebody needs help, they can quickly pinpoint what is available.

Our superstar young fundraisers

We couldn’t do what we do without our incredible fundraisers. Here are some of our young fundraisers who took on a challenge to raise money in aid of Carers UK.

Hythe Community Primary School: Young Enterprise Project

The entrepreneurial Year 6 students fundraised a fantastic total of £540 through their project selling festive treats to local businesses.

"I love the idea of giving money to charity and helping others, Carers UK are clearly very kind and helpful, therefore I'm proud to help them with money." (Emily in Year 6 Owls)
