The MS Society Cymru has teamed up with Carers Wales to put on special Me Time sessions for people with MS and those who care for people with MS. These sessions are funded by the Waterloo Foundation.

Me Time is a series of online social activities ranging from information and training, craft and physical activities to sessions to support for your emotional wellbeing. Each activity is free for everyone to join and will be running weekly from November until May 2022.

The next few weeks of activities are listed below and are updated as new events become available.

Carers Rights

Caring can be rewarding but also very isolating. You may not know about what your legal rights are, what help may be available and what you can ask for, how to ask, or indeed who to ask.

This session has now been closed for registrations.

Nature session with Isa Lamb, King’s Garden

Meet the Badger – and other members of the mustelid family. Do badgers hibernate? Maybe you have stayed in ‘Badger’. What is made from approximately 14,000 badger hairs?

Join Isa from King’s Garden as we take a close look at the life of this black and white fellow, and the unique survival method that all members of the mustelid family employ. Something completely different for grown-up children.

This session is for 1 Hour
