Carers Week 2023 will run from 5-11 June. Each year Carers Week is brought to life by individuals, groups and organisations coming together from around the UK to make life better for carers.
Here are just a few ways that you can get involved in this year's Carers Week and support Carers UK.

Join the Carers Week campaign
This Carers Week, we’re calling for better UK Government support for unpaid carers.
To raise awareness of Carers Week and our campaign, please click the button below and take a couple of minutes to write to your local MP to ask them to support our campaign for greater cross-Government action in support of carers.

Hold a coffee morning
Bring people together to help reduce isolation this Carers Week. A coffee morning or cake sale is a great way to get together whilst raising money to help support unpaid carers.
Hold your coffee morning wherever you want - at work, at home, in a local community space, a café or even outside!
Set up an online fundraising page and ask for a suggested donation for each drink and cake or ask for an entrance fee.
If you’re thinking of holding a coffee morning and have any questions, or simply to let us know about your plans, we’d love to hear from you.

Donate to Carers UK
By making a donation you will be helping to fund all the vital work that we do to help support unpaid carers right across the UK. It will help sustain crucial services such as our helpline, online forum, and peer support sessions.
