Hi, can anyone guide us as to what should expect to pay for live in care for an elderly lady who requires company, meal preparation and personal care ?
Depends on location. Anything from £60 to £100 a day or more, or from £550 per week upwards through agency.
Might be with contracting a local agency or 2 to see what they have to offer, then perhaps trying to source one direct, but note someone would be the employer and have to do payroll, benefits, pension etc. And what if one person is off sick?
