Tell us a bit about yourself here.
Hi I look after my dear old Mum, I work at John Lewis part time, and look after my Mum the rest of the time, my time off is Sunday mornings when I do archery, I must say its a very easy web site to use. my problem is I never have enough time, the house is a mess. I do have a gardener as my mum loves her garden but I can't do it, I don't have the time, I'm glad just glad I have work and my dog. could possibly go do lally if I didn't have that. its Just mum just seems to get worse and worse, the nurse that come every month she very good and I can ring her any time. She having trouble with a breathing at the moment, she does not like the wheel chair. but she likes Alan Titchmarch every day 3oclock . i'm just going to start the dinner stew tonight. thanks for being there H

Hi Helen and welcome to the forum.

The 'do lally' bit we all understand - been there, done that and got the t-shirt (even 2 !) Image Image I also understand the never having time bit too - although I'm retired now there still don't seem to be enough hours in the day !

Hope you can find the time to pop in now and then - you'll find lots of us use Roll Call (in Carer to Carer) to keep in regular touch Image and it'snot all 'doom and gloom' we do have laugh now and then too Image Image

Hi and a warm welcome to the forum.
Image Hi Helen
I see you joined the site the same day that I did. I've found it really useful to talk to others that are going through the same things and to read their posts. Some will make you cry and some will make you laugh, but you'll feel better for it. Welcome.
Hi Helen,
