Lonely

Haven't posted for a while , but just feel on my own ..lonely , I appreciate there's thousands like me ...just feeling sorry for myself I suppose

Hi Jayne, bank holidays can often seem worse. Have you joined Roll Call? Don't worry if you don't know any of us, you will soon get to know us. I'm in the New Forest, have a son with learning difficulties, aged 38. Pete is in beautiful Devon, and so on.

There are thousands like you Jayne but that does not make the way your feel any better.
I don't feel it does us any harm to feel like this from time to time.
Who says we shouldn't feel this way. Its only a problem if its the way we feel much of the time.
Then we need to think should we be finding out is there underling problem.

Sometimes, today for example, I feel lonely even when surrounded by family. They just don't seem to feel the loss like I do.
I just have to remind myself that tomorrow I may feel different, and hope

I can feel lonely too. Even though I saw my husband in the nursing home today ( go very regularly). It's going back into an empty house. However, the loneliness was creeping in before he was diagnosed and still living at home.
As Mrs A says, tomorrow is another day, and hope to feel better. Bank holidays​ can emphasis the feeling.(((( Hugs))))

Thank you ..just felt a bit crap today , I've got a lovely family and friends but sometimes it's hard to explain how I feel to them , but yeah tomorrow's anouther day
