Depending on your personal circumstances, the Family Fund might be able to help. I used to deal with them regularly, but my son is now 33 so obviously my own information is out of date, might I suggest that you Google them? I know they paid for a friend's driving lessons, again some time ago. Good luck.
Hi Zebada
Welcome to the forum.
The family fund paid for my driving lessons. I passed my driving test in 9/3/93 when my son (who has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy - a life limiting muscle wasting disease for which there is no treatment/cure) was 9 years old. Being able to drive made such a big difference to helping us cope as a family.
