Hi - I live on Hayling Island in Hampshire. My husband and are in our sixties. My 87 year old mother lives with us. Looking for advice on respite etc.

Hi Lesley, welcome to the forum. I'm the other end of the county, in the New Forest. Have you joined Carers Together in Romsey. They do a regular newsletter telling you of all sorts of things, including trips out, pamper days etc. Ask your local Social Services office for a carers assessment, they can tell you what respite options are available.
