Hi Katie

Just thought I'd say that it is likely that my husband also has undiagnosed AS and I understand completely the sense of isolation you are feeling. We are a lot older and therefore indifferent circumstances to yourselves and our children have grown up. It was particularly difficult when the children were teenagers - melt downs, stonewalling etc (him, not them). We have been married over 40 years now, but it has only been in the last 4 years that, thought counselling, I have gained an understanding of AS and realised that everything he would have me believe was my fault was mostly due to his AS. The sense of isolation is overwhelming at times, as he comes over as a nice guy, therefore other people don't understand what my problem is. I don't have any advice to add to that already posted by otheres, but I do understand how it is. Jo x
