Answers:
a) how long have you got? nah seriously, usually around 4-8 weeks
b) we save the Department of Stealth and Total Obscurity nothing as it was abolished a few years ago and is now the Dept of Work and Pensions I think: but we probably save the taxpayer around £75 billion, so we have clout, and being carers, we like to use it, especially if we are full paid up members of C-UK.. Lets go clobber a Government Minister!
