Parkinsons And A Five Year Old Daughter

Tell us a bit about yourself here.
My wife was diagnosed with Parkinsons two years ago. We have a five year old daughter and between them they are driving me crazy. The last few days have been pretty rough and been thinking about getting some help. Any advice would be much appreciated.

How desparately sad that your wife is so young (as she must be with a five year old), and yet to have Parkinson's.

What help are you getting currently - that's the starting point.
Definitely, services are there for you, but you need to ask. So contact Social Services for a Needs Assessment, a Carers Assessment for yourself. Talk to the school if you are concerned about your daughter's behaviour, to see how she is when she's with them. They might know someone near you who could take her to and from school.
