Direct Payments

Please can anyone Help?
I have requested direct payments from NHS continuing health care over a 12 month period and getting no where,
NHS are refusing to fund self employed carers, why is this when i know live in carers receive wages through direct payments ?
NHS are not giving me enough funds to be an employer, what can i do?

Firstly, ask Google to find the CHC Framework, for details of Direct Payments - only I think this is the Social Services term, the NHS generally call it something like a "Personal Support Budget". Then right the CCCG Complaints office and ask them why you are not being offered this option?

The NHS version is a Personal Health Budget (PHB).
