Hello and welcome to Carers UK online support and advice forum for Carers. Whilst we welcome input from professional Care and Support Workers this is primarily a forum for those caring for family/friends in a non-professional capacity.

We hope that you will enjoy your visits. Please take a little time to explore the forum fully, we have sections covering useful hints and tips, your health concerns, disability benefits and lots more including our Members Corner for social chit-chat and fun and games. We also have sections covering specific disabilities and conditions. You are welcome to join in any of the conversations already started or to start one of your own, don’t worry if you post in the wrong Category – one of the forum Moderators will move it to a more appropriate section.

Some sections are marked "PRIVATE : Only viewable by Carers UK members"; these are only viewable by Forum Members and not open to casual browsers of the forum. So we recommend you use one of these sections if you want to post something that is a little more 'private'.
