Well, this is me now - a former carer. My caree died on Sunday night after a terrible 48 hours, in hospital, not at home where he had wanted to end his days.
Even the paramedic who took him in to hospital has strongly encouraged me to make a complaint, so won't say more here and now.
Thankfully, my wonderful nephew came as soon as I told him, stayed what was left of Sunday night and helped make the phone calls which needed to be made asap in the morning.
Now I am waiting to hear the outcome of the PM from the Coroner's office today.
Still lots to do - no bad thing, keeping busy helps.
