Free College Courses?

Hi all, new to the forum.

Just wanted to know if carers can access free college courses. I was told by another parent that Teresa May had changed to carers allowance and it is now classed as a benefit, is this correct?

I don't know the answer to your question about college courses, but I can confirm that Carers Allowance has always been considered a 'benefit' in the same way that the State Pension is considered a 'benefit' !
