DLA Letter Is So Confusing

Just fgot hubbys new dla rates letter through and then there are a few pages at the back about PIP but they seem to be contradicting themselves!
One bit says if your 16 to 64 then you will be affected by the intro of PIP even if you get an indefinate award, hubby is 63 and is indefinate, then over the page it says people over 65 wont need to claim PIP they will carry on with DLA and then it says if you reach 65 after 8th April 2013 then you will not be contacted until 2015 or later, hubby is 65 in 2014

Its just totally confused me as one minute they are saying one thing then changing it to another so I havent a clue where we stand now!

Welcome to my world Nilla. Why do these letters always arrive on a Saturday when you can`t phone anyone about it. Phone them up on Monday and hope to get somebody who can explain it properly. Good luck, and don`t let them spoil your weekend.xx

Just got one as well.
DWP strikes again. Apparently I am on higher rate mobility indefinately..... £220+ a month.
The problem, I have not been on, or received any money for DLA for at least 3/4 years.!!!

Gobsmacked to be honest. Image

You couldn't make it up, could you! Where do they get their information from, as it's certainly not from the forms we fill in!
