Emotional Support during the Evening

It's often in the evening help's needed when helplines are closed. Any advise it's emotional support in a lot of pain watching dad so ill.

i hear you! evenings are worst time for me. and even if i write emails to services they use it as an excuse to say i a bonkers. its actually the evening when i need most support!

Louvaine, have you been offered counselling?

After a long battle, I now have some counselling paid for as part of my Carers Assessment/plan.

It was really helpful when mum was very ill, dying, and afterwards.
