tension in neck/shoulders, changes in appetite and trouble sleeping, low mood. EIther manic or lethargic.
2. Are there any ways in which your levels of stress impact on your loved one?
yes, because I'm less tolerant, less full of humour and less fun.
3. Are there particular times of the day that are more stressful for you?
late at night at first thing especially if early
4. What tips do you have to avoid, or how do you prevent becoming too stressed?
Avoid social workers!! Have regular respite!! Have realistic expectations, talk to folk or post on here. Look after yourself - get enough exercise, eat well etc
5. How do you personally overcome your stress, or what tips can you offer others to manage times of high stress?
Look at the low mood thread and choose something to do, talk/post on here, have a massage.
6. What helps to keep you feeling positive?
noticing the little pleasures in life, enjoying the moment, being outside

Having a routine, making lists
