I found this in my cross stitch magazine yesterday - I might stitch it at some point!

Smiling is infectious, you catch it like the flu
When someone smiled at me today, I started smiling too

I passed around the corner and someone saw my grin
When he smiled I realized I'd passed it onto him

I thought about that smile then I realized its worth
A single smile, just like mine could travel round the earth

So, if you feel a smile begin, don't leave it undetected
Let's start an epidemic quick, and get the world infected!

Here are some quotes that I came across and impressed me a lot, I'm not sure who the author is Image

People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.

The smallest deed done is greater than the best intentions.

Don't be so busy adding up your troubles that you forget to count your blessings.

Never a truer word said Lola

Something I will try hard to remember everyday

"If it doesn't kill you then it can only make you stronger."
WINSTON CHURCHILL.

I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat. We have before us an ordeal of the most grievous kind. We have before us many long months of toil and struggle.
"You ask what is our policy. I will say, it is to wage war with all our might, with all the strength that God can give us, to wage war against a monstrous tyranny never surpassed in the dark, lamentable catalogue of human crime.
"You ask what is our aim? I can answer in one word: Victory. Victory at all costs. Victory in spite of all terror. Victory however long and hard the road may be. For without victory there is no survival."

First speech as Prime Minister, House of Commons, 13 May 1940. Churchill first used the phrase “blood and sweatâ€Â
“Love is stronger than death even though it can't stop death from happening,
But no matter how hard death tries it can't separate people from love.
It can't take away our memories either. In the end, life is stronger than death.â€Â
'No-one is ever worth your tears and those who are will never make you cry'

Russ
If you would be anything, be a rose. Then you will bring joy to all who know you but, through no fault of your own, you will become a thorn in the flesh of your enemies.

A happy Easter and love to you all,
