that is disappointing Charles, for them not to let you know,when you had all worked hard to prepare.
When Rhys was in the childrens Diabetes team, the hospital we went to for Diabetic clinic started an evening one,and it suited us better than the daytime one,but they didn't keep it up as far more people failed to turn up for appointments.I don't know if they thought the staff agreed to start evening clinics for the good of their health.
It is only good manners to let people know if you cannot turn up.

The joke was that we still had a good turnout - from carers who could have come during the day but felt like an evening out!
