This green paper wont be passed until they have pick the bones out of it i bet it wont be on the agenda till about 2014.

Think back to other green paper's they take years and who's to say conservatives will be in power if you think they may be then make certain they don't i am not saying don't vote for them but if in your mind you think they are going to make the green paper a bill then it's in your hand's along with many other's.

But not to worry it will takes years to get this through the commons and Lord's.

Don't panic as Mr Manning would say and as private Jones used to say they don't like it up em so it will have to be a foolish party that will pass this bill.

If they want to save cash and give there mates some extra cash as they own most of the care / rest homes
just look at last night the M.P`S expenses was passed after just 6 weeks if they wanna do it the are gonna do it
That was an internal matter being rushed through as a PR exercise.

The green paper is something that effect's everybody in the country and that will take time.

It wont happen for year's to come just think how long it's going to take to implement the increase in retirement age it cant be done yesterday.

It takes time it's not like a budget like putting an increase on petrol ie as from 6pm that night it's like an increase in pension which is usually a year from then this green paper until it's passed as a bill is about 5 time's slower than the pension rise.

Don't worry it may never happen if it does it will be a watered down version of the green paper.

i dont know what we are all worried about working until 75 or what ever
as carers we cant retire anyway sinple as that so why worry unless you've
got a couple of hundred thousand stashed away or you work and care then thats a serious
matter but theres a lot of carers like me dont work and find it impossable to work
because its a 24/7 job Image

We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to recognise the vital support that Attendance Allowance (AA) and Disability Living Allowance (DLA) provide to disabled people, and to ensure that these benefits are secured and are not removed as part of any future reform of the social care system in England.
