Ah, so I was right to be suspicious! It was a very 'clever' post though, as I had my doubts that it was commercial. But there you go.

It was the second by the poster on the same lines, though, Jenny, so I reported it. The first post (may still be up less link) was full of vague advertising language about this company. It's dated May 13 and headed Is care in the UK changing?
