Hi Everyone,
If someone is on low attendance allowance, and they think that maybe they could have the higher rate. What do you have to do to beable to apply for it.
When you have your eyes tested at home, you get a free eye test for being over 65.Then we were given a voucher which entitled you to £60 off the cost of the glasses. The person is on Income support, the highest pension credit you can get.The glasses came to about £250 with the £60 off.Not sure if you still should have been able to get more help than the voucher price towards the final cost. I think there is a form to fill in. Or is the voucher the only discount for a OAP with the the benfits mentioned.
Any advice would be a help. Thanks Sonia x
