I saw this on the BBC and thought you s ... t-40950735
At least the Trusts admitted lack of proper services but what they are going to change seems woolly, and the compensation very low for a life.

Is this todays High Court ruling? I haven't heard a decision, but would love to hear more.

This story was about a mentally ill suicidal man being turned away 5 times from a&e and twice from cmh who then jumped off motor way bridge
Bb the High court case is expected to take 3 months until verdict

I've now managed to read the article, how incredibly sad. Fancy a nurse threatening a patient with being arrested if they returned again.H
Hospitals are great for those with obvious injuries, but not so good for the elderly or those who are mentally disabled or ill.
