Help for carers of autistic children ... ildren.php

THE National Autistic Society is running a free three-day help programme in Leigh in March.

The society is the UK's leading charity for people with autism, their families and carers.

The programme is designed to provide support for parents and carers of young children who have been diagnosed with autism including Asperger syndrome, in the past 18 months.

The programme gives an introduction to autism and looks at positive ways to address the difficult issues families can face.
