Review of eligibility criteria for Blue badge in England

in Scotland and Wales, S would automatically be allocated a blue badge, but not so in England. This article details a government review following a legal challenge on behalf of someone with autism. I shall be watching this with interest.

when you think about it it's not really surprising - LA's are so cash strapped that anything is fair game, even the small amount lost in parking fees/fines due to blue badge holders :(

I suspect it's more to do with the congestion in England, too many vehicles for our highways and insufficient parking.
