Thank you Bowlingbun.
A few ideas.

If it is of interest to you - research your family tree, I have friends doing theirs and finding it fascinating.

Find a local object of history to research and see the paths that takes you on.

Maybe it's that intellectual stretch you need which also has the elements of mystery and surprises and some playing detective boosts.

Digital photography and all the options therein

Upcycle a chair or bedside cabinet etc - tangible evidence of achievement and sense of satisfaction

upcycle old jeans into a bag

Different exercises or sports or instruments to see if you click with them.

Hi,here is the outside aquarium I mentioned.
It is not as clean as that at the moment.
I will drain it down keeping most of the water and transfer the fish somewhere and give it a good clean.I will take the gravel out as well.

Thanks for sharing, David. S and I have a barrel water feature in our garden, we keep two goldfish in that. I love the shebunkins I think they are such pretty fish.

Hi,thanks Melly, did you notice the two snails on the gravel?I did have some more.I got them to help with the algae, but they were not up to the job.
David I did see the two snails but I mistook them to be small stones!

I used to buy snails for our tank and fish barrel but they bred like crazy and I had to get rid of them all!
