Anyways towards the end of last year i was becoming far to fat , and feeling it on my spine etc.
So i looked at joining a local gym , ha ha even with discount for being a carer it was still over £400 a year , not including paying for introduction course , personal plan etc etc.
so i bit the bullet and bought a rowing machine from Argos .
before i started it i weighed 18st 2lb something oz lol.
i had some ups and downs as you do when on a diet , exercise , injured my foot so was told to stay off rowing machine for a month . i only stayed off for 2 weeks as my foot had fully recovered.
Anyways i just weighed my self and i am now 17st 8lb 2oz.
Still dont really see any changes as such , i still have a belly overhang .
but i believe i am firming up just above the groin , so maybe the stomach is next lol.
BUT what i have noticed , and it stands out ,,, my calf muscles are turning into tree trunks , along with one of the muscles at the front of the leg lol.
