PORK CHOPS WITH APPLE AND CHEESE TOPPING
Pork chops
Eating apples - 1 per chop
Cheese of your choice
Oil for cooking
Cook the pork chops as you usually would.
Meanwhile, core and chop the apples and gently stew in a little water in a saucepan, until fairly mushy ie apple sauce-like
Remove chops into an oven-proof dish and cover each with a good dollop of sauce, press down firmly.
Cover with grated cheese.
Cook under hot grill until cheese brown and bubbly.
