From last night - fantastic.
And Haydock's evening racing was held in aid of Hearts & Minds charity to aid children with Autism and families. Didn't do any betting, just enjoyed the experience and the horses. Helen's first time at a race meeting and took it all in. We had to wear dresses/skirts cos jeans aren't allowed. We played spot the highest heels and the shortest skirts amongst the attending women!
Wayne Rooney's horse was racing but didn't come anywhere - Switcharooney it's called.
Madness concert started at 9.30pm, after the last horse race.
We weaved our way through the people (over 20,000) to get ourselves a place quite near the stage and sang and danced until 11pm (then got taxi back to hotel).
