I re joined slimming world in Nov I do it online,I got my two stone award on Wednesday :)

You can do it guys.
I went through the same thing, it was really really hard at first but I overcame it.
Just a combination of exercising daily and watching what you eat.

My 14 year old grandson is with me. Football fanatic and very good. He's just shown me the pilates he started. Had a go at the first 2 excercises. I thought it would make him laugh. It didn't! He said he's very impressed. I'm going to do these every day, then he can show me the next exercises. I will be walking to Hubby instead of waiting for the bus yet. ( Maybe).Lol

Big fail here! Had that awful flu that has been going around and totally lost track on the 'diet'. I did it for three weeks though. Still two pounds lighter than on 2nd Jan, so not all is lost. I plan to pick up again gradually and get healthy again. I did do a few days of 'fasting' recently (500 cals) and that seems to always work with me, so will probably blend that into my weeks somewhere as well.

Hope everyone else is doing OK with their healthy eating ideas/plans. Hopefully once the weather improves we will be more inspired to stay off the comfort foods!

I've stuck to my word. Every day I have done those 2 lots of yoga or pilates ( not sure which). Only for 5mins but it started with 3mins. I know, I know it sounds pathetic, but it will improve! Actually even after the short time I don't feel so stiff. Need to up the stakes though, as running for the bus today made me breathless.

Wow! That's good to start them early. Also don't let him get used to eating fastfoods. That's the main cause of obesity of children nowadays.
