How to switch into more healthy food?

I’m too addicted to ordering food from outside and I don’t like eating food from at home. How can I reduce ordering food which would also save money and switch into a more healthy diet

You don’t have to be drastic. You could just start by replacing any snacks with fruit. I have to admit I was never one to just pick up an apple and eat it. But I put a bowl of fruit on the table for the entire family and stopped buying cookies and chips and now when I feel like a snack, I say “eat a fruit first and see if you are still hungry”.

From there, I started replacing meals and cooking healthier too. Step by step of replacing habits and remember it takes 12 weeks for a habit to fully be ingrained - so those 12 weeks you need to have some discipline and conscientiously say no to junk food. After that, things become more reflex. There is a British program called Second Nature that works off this principle and it was how I started my journey.
Are you a carer?
Second Nature (which I don't endorse) used to allow only one piece of fruit a day, so I am not sure about that fruit bowl. Maybe some raw carrots?
Hi everyone. The OP was a troll who has posted identically worded posts on at least 3 other forums on the web. One other has banned them.

The same's been done here now, but for now at least we'll keep the thread up (locked) because genuine members responded with useful ideas.
