You inspired the hell out of me when I was a kid, especially Murphy's War and Man from La Mancha; I wanted to blow up U boats too and be a knight tipping at windmills, amongst other things.
Whenever I felt down and out when fighting the power companies (now that is tipping at windmills) I'd play your song, gird my loins and re-enter the frey. Thank you.

Thanks for posting the links Sajehar. I've never seen that La Mancha film, but it looks terrific. Hopefully it will show up sometime over the Christmas period. That song, The Impossible Dream, is a masterpiece and the lyrics seem very apt when thinking of the struggles that many carers go through - it could, in truth, be the theme song for this forum.
